I think that if people treated me that way I wouldn’t put up with it. I don’t understand how she could just let them do that. She should have turned around and got in their faces, just to scare them. I do not know what she has been hiding, but it seems like she should not tell them there. But I simply would not let them shove me and pull my hair, or do anything like that. I would at least stand up for myself.

IT must be someone at that party, the one who made her call the cops. He seems to be a person that no one knows the truth about, no one knows what he did to melinda. He also must be a very likeable person, able to be friendly enough to lure in melinda for what he did to her, to sort of lure her in. At first i thought he must have some sort of compulsion disorder, one of those ones that made people do stuff unspeakable that they dont even really want to do. But when she passes by it, he smiles and is smug with what he did, doesnt care about her. He is selfish and probably sick or crazy, but not with a compulsion, just something simply wrong with him. Whoever it is, he is an awful human being

Great thoughts about IT very well thought out and written – have you finished the book? Do you know for sure what IT is yet?
